Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Cronus account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronic components in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure eligibility for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
